Madmacarena offers Express shipping service delivering door to door to E. U countries with MRW partners.
The indicated transit times are valid for orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 1 pm (+1 GMT )
Madmacarena shipping service delivers to your door from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (+1 GMT ).
Orders placed on Friday or the day before bank holidays will be delivered the next working day.
The delivery service will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. MRW will make up to 2 delivery attempts if the receiver is unavailable.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
The indicated shipping costs are a guide line only, the exact amount will be calculated when finalizing your order, based on size and weight of the items.
Madmacarena is able to ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. However there may be additional duties or taxes payable by you on receipt of the goods by customs in your country ( DDU shipments) which we cannot calculate on beforehand. Madmacarena cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs, these are payable by the recipient only. Please ask for any special delivery conditions to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
